Interior Trim for Windows and Doors

Another choice you can make to personalize your home is trim style. Think of it as selecting the perfect picture frame to bring out the details of your work of art.

Wolf log Homes offers three distinctive trim packages: Rustic, Traditional and Craftsman styles. All three use top quality air dried White pine to assure a prefect match with the rest of the high quality materials in your home.

Wolf Log Homes system of interior window and door trim is ingenious, efficient, and beautiful. We start with high quality, White Pine, and mill it to specification. The milling process includes fabricating extension jambs that are integrated with the trim itself. After sanding the trim components, (stain and or clear coat finishes can be added or done by the homeowner or builder) we then preassemble trim “frames” for standard door sizes and windows up to about 4’ x 4’ (and sometimes larger). Because our trim packages are pre-milled, pre-finished, and in many cases preassembled, installation time on site is dramatically reduced. The only drawback we have found with our trim system is that carpenters who have worked with it are reluctant to go back to the “old way” of trimming windows and doors.

All three styles include can baseboard, crown or ceiling molding, window and door trim. Trim packages can be ordered for individual rooms or for your entire home. Our trim options will be displayed at the Wolf’s Den showroom.
